Impacts of COVID-19 on People Living with Disabilities

In April, you participated in a study led by the local Department of Public Health (Public Health - Seattle & King County) in partnership with the Disability Empowerment Center (formerly Alliance of People with disAbilities) and Lifelong Aging and Disability Services. The goal was to understand the impacts of COVID-19 on people living with disabilities in our county

You told us you’d like an opportunity to review and provide feedback before we share the findings with policy makers at the local, state, and federal level. We invite you to access the recording of our presentation to the King County Disability Consortium on 28th July 2022, which summarizes the main findings from our study. You can also access the slide deck we used in the presentation.

After you review these findings, please let us know by July 22nd if you have any feedback for us by answering this 2-question survey.

If you have any questions, you can contact Nicole Turcheti at nturcheti@kingcounty.gov

Thank you!
